2025 - 2026 High School Registration

All high school players - boys and girls - must follow these steps to join the varsity lacrosse team!

1. Register with USA Lacrosse at https://www.usalacrosse.com/
2. Register with FYLAX at https://fylaxpa.com/registration/
3. Register with Freeport High School at https://familyid.com/
4. Visit https://www.freeport.k12.pa.us/ and complete the Physical Clearance Form (Sections 6 and 7) and follow the instructions for completing the Concussion Impact Baseline Test for the school
